For Herbal Products

Since Herbal powders and Tea are treated as food by the USFDA, therefore, we are unable to accept returns.

As a small-scale business operating in limited batches, our return policy reflects our cautious approach. Regrettably, we cannot resell returned items due to the uncertainty of tampering and the susceptibility of herbal products to degradation from exposure to heat, light, and oxygen post-delivery.

Should you discover any breakage within 7 days of receiving your order, we’re committed to promptly replacing the damaged items. To facilitate this process, please provide clear, satisfactory images of the damaged products for insurance claim purposes, and ensure that replacement items are available in stock for shipment. In the event of an order error identified within 7 days of delivery, we will promptly exchange the incorrect product at no additional cost to you, covering the return shipment.

While refunds or exchanges aren’t offered under any circumstances, your satisfaction with our herbal products remains paramount. If you seek guidance on optimizing the benefits of your chosen herbs, please book a consultation with our wellness expert prior to making any wellness purchases.

Additionally, while medicinal herbs offer valuable support, they’re not standalone solutions on the journey to wellness. They complement lifestyle adjustments and logistical changes, playing a supportive role in achieving optimal health.

For Electronic Devices

At Beekind Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at contact@nexwell.ca, including your order number and the reason for your return or dissatisfaction.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you a free return label within 48 hours.
  3. Return the Product: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and shipped back to us using the provided return label.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@nexwell.ca with your order number and a photo of the product condition. We will promptly address the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution.
